As MusiQuE has been established on 7 October 2014, the first Annual Report covers not only the year 2015 but also the first months of establishment of MusiQuE from October to December 2014.

In 2024, MusiQuE celebrates a decade of dedication to enhancing HME quality globally. Initiating its milestone anniversary, MusiQuE organised its first-ever Training Workshop outside Europe.
